SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer multiple shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5-10 business days):

  • Domestic: $8-15
  • International: $25-50

Express Shipping (2-5 business days):

  • Domestic: $20-35
  • International: $60-100

Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days):

  • Domestic: $40-60
  • International: $120-200

2. Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, carrier, and service level. All costs display at checkout before payment. We regularly review rates maintaining competitiveness.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours Monday-Friday. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. Processing time excludes shipping.

4. Delivery Confirmation

All shipments include tracking numbers provided via email, real-time carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance coverage.

5. International Shipping

International orders may include customs duties and import taxes (collected by customs, not included in pricing). We provide complete customs documentation with every shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages: If packages don't arrive within 30 days, we investigate with carriers. Declared lost packages receive replacements or refunds.

Damaged Packages: Report damage within 48 hours with photos. We coordinate replacement or refund with carriers.

Delayed Delivery: We provide updated estimates and maintain communication regarding delays.

7. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders exceeding $75. Automatically applied at checkout.

8. Special Orders

Custom or made-to-order items have extended processing (10-14 business days) before shipping.

9. Refused Delivery

Refused packages are returned to us at customer expense. Refunds are issued minus return shipping.

10. Address Accuracy

You're responsible for accurate addresses. Incorrect address packages are customer responsibility.

11. Tracking and Communication

We provide tracking numbers within 24 hours, email notification at shipment, real-time tracking updates, and proactive communication regarding delays.

12. Shipping Restrictions

Some locations have carrier limitations. Restricted destinations are clearly indicated during checkout.

13. Your Responsibility

Upon delivery, inspect packages promptly for damage, report issues within 48 hours, and keep delivery confirmation.
