RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Window

  • Paddles: 60 days
  • Apparel: 30 days
  • Accessories: 30 days

Returns must be initiated within this window. Items returned after this period may not qualify for refunds.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn (no signs of usage)
  • In original condition (no damage beyond manufacturing defects)
  • In original packaging with documentation and accessories
  • Clean and undamaged

Items showing wear, use, or damage are ineligible.

3. Reasons for Return

You may return items for:

  • Defective merchandise
  • Incorrect item
  • Not as described
  • Changed mind
  • Wrong size

Custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

4. Return Process

Step 1: Contact returns@lobpickleball.com with order number, item details, reason, and photos if claiming defect.

Step 2: Receive return authorization and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Pack securely in original packaging with authorization number.

Step 4: Ship via your preferred carrier with tracking.

Step 5: We inspect and process refund within 5-7 business days.

5. Return Shipping

Free Returns for:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items sent by us
  • Items significantly different from description

Customer-Paid Returns for:

  • General dissatisfaction
  • Wrong size
  • Changed mind

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. You may see temporary authorization holds released within 10 business days.

7. Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds if items are damaged by customer mishandling, show wear/usage, or accessories are missing.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased during final sale events
  • Obviously damaged items
  • Clearance items (final sale marked)

9. Defective Item Claims

Contact us within 14 days of receipt with defect photos. We arrange replacement or refund without return shipping costs.

10. Warranty Coverage

Beyond the return window:

  • Paddles: Lifetime structural warranty
  • Apparel: 1-year functionality warranty
  • Accessories: 1-year functionality warranty

Warranties cover manufacturing defects, not normal wear or misuse.

11. Lost Returns

File carrier claims for lost return packages. Keep tracking information and proof of shipment. Insurance is recommended.

12. International Returns

May involve higher costs, longer processing, customs requirements. Detailed instructions provided.
